I have logged query after query for the past 3 weeks i have not been been contacted my mails are being read and not being replied to! i have had this contract for the 4th month now and its been endless trouble, its no trouble for debit orders for the wrong amounts to be going off! but its definitely difficult to explain when we have query these things because nobody seems to understand a customers point of view as this is our money being debited wrongly, i would much rather pay for failed debit orders than pay any more for such poor service at least the bank sends me an sms to state a failed debit
