A month ago we moved into a new house. So I went to telkom to transfer my account. They said it'll take 3 weeks to complete. Why it takes so long only they would know. So after 3 weeks it's still not done. So I tried phoning in and after half an hour I hung up because nobody is taking the call. So I went back in and this time they told me that the cables are and it would take 3 to 6 months to replace the cables from when they start. They don't even know when they are going to start. So now I'm still without a landline and internet and I don't know when it will get fixed. Plus im paying for the month that I didn't have the line and internet.
