I received a call from Cell C head office saying i owe them R70.00 for returned debit orders. i cancelled the debit order at Parow Centre Cell C more than a year back and i have made manual payments from day 1. The account number that i put on the application form originally has not been in use for more than a year, and that's the reason i went into the store to cancel it. So today i get a call from a Shannaz Magiet (or something like that) and she tell me that Cell C has implemented a new billing for un paid debit orders. If they had a problem with me paying the account manually why are they only coming to me now with this problem. My contract expires in December and I have always made payment on time. Now they want to charge me extra's.. I would like this to be forwarded to the CFO and the CEO so that they can see how ridiculous their charges are. I will definitely not be renewing my contract. My number is now blocked and i cannot receive e mail, make calls, send messages. Please sort this out ASAP.
