CABLES FOR 2 WEEKS

I had reported that my ADSL is not working on the 18th October 2013 (after my ADSL had already been down since the 16th OCTOBER). I was informed cables were and it should be up by 22nd October. 23rd I phoned back only to hear that it will only be fixed by the 31st October... its the 4th November today and it is still not fixed!!! How can the service be so pathetic not to replace cables in nearly 3 weeks! Every time I need to phone, not from a telkom line which is thus costing me money! to find out what the issue is.

I will also request a full refund for the 3 weeks I have not made use of Telkom's service.
