I have an internet package with 8ta for my computer. It works fine for about 30 minutes, then it does not respond anymore. I get no upload/download speeds. This problem has only been going on for about a month now. I have complained 3 times to them, but have not received any feedback, nor have I seen any progress in repairing this problem. I want to know what is going on, or why my connection fades if I use it. This is really frustrating for me, and I am not the only person experiencing this problem. I think I should 'fade' with my payment to them if this problem consists. I am a loyal paying customer, and want the service that I am paying for every month, not some useless connection that hardly works.
