Incorrect billing and no response from service dep

Hi

Please refer to below emails where I have asked to cancel extra services on my account also have asked for statements which I havent been receiving. Both requests have not been acted on. Now I have been handed over to Nimble for collections who says they can't help me with a statement unless I send them affidavit requesting it. Do I not have a right to my account information without going through so much trouble. They have also done 3 debit orders in one month which I have not authorized but still no statement
