Its been 4 consecutive months that I am experiencing trouble with my account. In September an amount of R400.00 was deducted for a migration fee. I sent several emails and made several phone calls. The problem was only solved after about a month. In October they never deducted anything. I sent mails asking why the debit order never went through with no response up until today. The doubled deducted in November. I called the call centre and they are very unfriendly and let me hold on for almost 15min at a time. They give me reference numbers and tell me that someone would contact me but never does. They put me under collections which i did not no about. When i asked what for no one could give me an answer. I have demanded a letter of apology as well as an explanation but nothing. The person I emailed on a regular basis was Thabiso Nkoane. The service that they are rendering is pathetic. They recently send me a bill of R 736.00 and on the statement they indicated the amounts that were already debited. What the is happening in their billing department, seems they have no clue as to what is going on. They also put my debit order through when they want to not on the agreed date.
