ACCOUNTS NOT BEING POSTED FOR THEY HAVE 4000 CUSTO

Got sms that the account was being handed over to attorneys. I enquired why I did not receive acc. They were requested several times to fax this to me because they send sms and I requested the information from them. The faxes were not sent to me. The response was look on your Medical Aid Statement, we do not post statements for outstanding services because we have over 4000 accounts being handed by us and cannot post all of them. We send mails and sms. My right as a patient is the following: I need to get a statement of every claim send in to my Medical Aid.
What is happening to services and out rights. How many more patients are getting the same response???
