So i just looked at my bank statement and guess what altech autopage just debited my account extra for a sim swap or sim card for who knows what and when...

i am furious!!!

credit my account back with this extra... i have NEVER asked for another sim card or even set foot in your stores.

who gave you the right to just take off money???

i signed for a top up account and i wont pay for anything extra

you never even contacted me or anything

incompetent!!!

i wish i could just throw your device in you store and cancel my contract

who asked you to bill me extra and what if i never looked at my bank statement???

altech autopage i came from Nashua mobilefor better service what an eyeopener...
