Incorrect billing on 082 570 2028

I did an upgrade through elite mobile on the 27 May 2013 for a contract of Top up R49 with R50 airtime. The guy who help me told me about a once of subscription fee of R49 for Society subscription where I can downlowd and an insurance of R49.50 . When I receive the Order confirmation the same day I phoned to cancell the extra which was confirmed. But when my debit order went off in June the amount deducted was R130 and every month thereafter. I tried calling them but each time I call they are either off line or they give me a number to call which you hold forever. Kindly assist with the rectifying of this bill to a R49 and the refunding of the extra amount that has been deducted since May.
