Having purchased a contract with Cell C for an iPhone 5 for R389 per month with free sms and data bundles, we were not notified of underlying charges / subscriptions which were invoiced to us to which we contacted called Buono12 who claimed to understand the reason but could not explain what or why these charges existed but would have the same unsubscribed. Apart from this I find Cell C service appalling, interrupted network service, difficulty in getting through to certain numbers. All in all having been with Vodacom since the beginning of moble introdution never have I experienced such regret. If there was any way of opting out this appalling contract I would do so immediately! Regardless of all the advertising of Cell C on TV I would sooner pay the extra charges Vodacom's exceptional service and charges even if the prices were increased. There isno way that I would recommend Cell C to my worst enemy if such existed. Well done Vodacom! 2 months of Cell C's service has allowed me to see the light.
