Frustrated with wifi router and service

I'm so frustrated with Telkom 8ta's wifi. I try to open a website and it keeps going to the login page or telling me the page is not secure - regardless of the page.

Total waste of money and time. And if some Telkon person tells me it's escalated and to have a gr8 day, please don't inless you're going to fix the problem.
