After my girlfriend phone (samsung s2) updated to Jellybean the data connection went dead.

I phoned 808 yesterday and spoke to someone that could not help me and was all round incompetent.

After my own online research I figured that I need to perform a sim swap.

I went to the shop in canal walk (next to woolworths) and got a new sim yesterday, I was then told that the simcard will be activated in the morning. I get home at 5 today to see that the new sim is not registered and phone 808 at 10 past 5. the respons is: sorry the sim swap department closes at 5 you will have to phone again tomorrow.

This is unacceptable, I do not need to phone in the first place. I have allready paid. Just connect it!!!

And why when we upgrade from a black berry to any other phone but black berry do you do not stop the BIS?? Why do I have to pay for it another 6 months and then ask you to stop it?? You now you gave me another phone that is not a black berry!!

Please do not call me or apologise or try to explain yourself to me (because it will be laim excuses)!!

Just do my sim swap without me having to call again. I HAVE PAID, NOW YOU SUPPLY!!!
