The saga continues
3 months ago i logged a hellopeter regarding a upgrade done on my contract
And subsequently a large amount was debited from me as a result of the upgrade
This matter was then sorted after i logged an incident on hellopeter; During this extensive interaction with Vodacom in this period, i requested on numerous occasions for the contract to be cancelled as it was expiring in june (Cancellation Department 0821958) And the consultant confirmed that it was done.
2 months later and they are still debiting my acc for a contract that is already EXPIRED???
this morning i called in and the first consultant (Matlakala) advised that i didnt cancel the contract??? the next consultant (Zweli) advised that the system was slow and thus couldnt assist, he then routed me to an invalid number, my third call to Rachel was also futile as the systems were still offline, to what extent must this matter go? i need my July and August funds refunded in full and please let it be known that my contract should have be cancelled @ the time of expiry.
