I currently have a contract with mtn for just over a year now. I have been experiencing problems with my blackberry bold 9900 and I have given it in for repairs about 2 months back. The phone used to restart during phone calls, restart while working with the device, and freeze from time to time and only start working again once the phone is fully restarted. There was no kind of feedback whatsoever from mtn as to what was the progress on my device until I had to keep phoning with regards to it. Eventually they decided to swap the phone out with another blackberry bold 9900 that was of a similar age of my phone. When I got to pavilion mtn to pick up my phone I noticed that the phone that was been given to me was of a terrible condition compare to my initial device that I had given in. I use my phone for business use and I could not wait another 5 some what weeks to get my device back with me hunting and keep trying to get hold of various people to find out on progress so I accepted the phone. Within the first two weeks of using the device I have been having the exact same problem that I had with the first device. Now must I go through all of that and have the same problem later?
