LOSING MY PATIENCE... AGAIN!!!

After the response I received for my last complaint, I decided to try to give this another go. Again I have hit the same snag. The application is approved (after close to three weeks) and now someone who is meant to be dealing with follow ups on applications refers me back to the sales agent that sold the deal to me. Really!!? Then what's your job if the prompts tell me that you're responsible for following up applications. Losing my patience... AGAIN!
