Telkom "wireless" /no response from Customer Care

We had our ADSL landline replaced by an inferior "wireless" about 6 months ago. Due to

No warning. No correspondence.

* The wireless service is so slow, it is impossible to download anything from Youtube, etc.
* We cannot even use our existing router for wireless service in the rest of the house.
* Our bills have been excessively high, with less usage from us, since it is so frustrating to use.
* the website is of absolutely no help or use to anyone

At the time of this change-over, we tried to get telephonic advice from Telkom Customer Care.
3 people we spoke to were ignorant and uninformed, and told us that there was no information available, as the service was "too new" and no-one really knew much about it.
On several o we were transferred to so many people that they eventually dropped our call on several occasions.

Now I see that a few weeks ago, they have dug trenches and put in underground wiring.

I have emailed Customer Care (TWICE) to ask them whether we will be getting our original service back - NO RESPONSE

So,
* no-one can give us advice about the new "wireless" service
* no-one responds to emails from the website

Incredibly frustrating

What now?
