TELKOM - UNABLE TO PROCESS REQUEST

I have been trying to resolve a problem with Telkom since February 2013. I had to change to a wireless line due to cables being in our area. After having changed to the wireless option I have requested on about 6 or 7 occassions for the pensioners rate and also for the the weekend option. I have reference numbers and we have also been to the TELKOM store at eastgate on a number of occassions for this to be done. To date being the 23rd July this has been actioned by Telkom. I call in and chat to the call centre agent and they confirm the change has been done, then when we get out bill it is still the same and there is no change on the plan. We even went into th telkom store and was told by the agent that helped us we will get an sms and reference number via sms and that it will take 5 days to acitivate and to date this has not happened. I would like to know what does one need to do to get telkom to sort this out. I am going to cancel my telkom line as this is extremely frustrating
