5th or 12th october 2012, i called in to close my adsl and my telkom line, in order for me to go prepaid, i called in today only to find out that telkom illegally opened a new account on my name that has a outstanding amount of R727.43c, back office agent by the name of Krids Kalicharan had opened the accout, no on advised me or even asked my permission, i requested the agent frans to send a request to the back office for all chargers to be reversed and the account to be closed, he then trabsferd me to the cancellations department and i spoke to gloria who refused to listen to my enquiry, i requested to speak to a supervisor or a manager, she kept me on the line in mute and didnt want to get back to me, i called back and spoke to thabang who advised me that the accounts will be closed, and the new account was opened in error, and that the billing department will have to refund all charges for October, November, and December, please note that this line was not in use, no calls receieved or made, please investigate and refund my funds, confirm that all accounts with telkom has been closed ref1:1163522 ref2:71453078A, THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE THAT I EVER HAD.
