Sim swop takes 3 days

I'm currently frustrated with cell c right I did a sim swop on sunday, I was told sum1 will contact me because sim swops are done during the week. Sum1 foned me on monday, said ma sim card will b active within 2 to 24 hours 4im still waiting, I hev to use other fones to contact cellc n this has resulted in me having to uy extra airtime. Y the has ma sim swop not processed. Comon cellc wakw how does a sim swop take 3 days? What am I paying 4?
