I have now called your call centre on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and today. WHY THE F can my sim swop not be done immediately? I have given you the new sim card number so that i can use my iphone 5 but you cant get a simswop done via your call centre in 4 days? GET SOMEONE TO PHONE ME IMMEDIATELY TO DO A SIM SWOP
