Bad service, no responce from manager or team lead

I have expirienced very bad service from the Autopage agents. My account was suspended for almoust two months due to a agent that transfered my credited amount back into my bank account. That caused a lot of inconvinience because I had to pay double the next month. I tried calling conteniously but because I did not use my own cellphone I always ran out of airtime holding on for a consultant. My complaint is that they could not asist me in my quiry and each time I spoke to a different consultant giving me different information how to unblock my account. I made payment on my account on 16/02/2013 when I called they asked for proof of payment. I had to fax proof of payment and call them again, when i SPOKE TO A DIFFERENT CONSULTANT SHE TOLD ME THAT THE PEOPLE WORKING WITH THE FAXED PROOF OF PAYMENTS do not work on a weekned. Why couldn't the first consultant tell me that, instead I waisted R200 worths of airtime just holding on and not getting helped. My account advantualy got unblocked, my airtime that I was suppose to receive was not in my phone I asked to speak to a manager and I was told that the manager would call me back. I'm still waiting for the call.
