I am seriously at a point where I don't know how to approach our many complaints to Telkom?

We struggled weeks to obtain an actual modem & a full working line since we acquired the service & yet got billed for periods where we didn't even have use of the service. When we reported over a dozen enquiries to accounts & technical the result was that our ADSL got suspended & the landline transferred to an African gentleman.

We have driven to 3 different branches all around Pretoria without actually getting what went there for & I ask Telkom if this fuel costs, time and frustration can by quantified? Apart from this we don't use Telkom at work so in order to resolve these issue we need to spend hours on end from our cell phones which costs us money & time as it is repetitive queries.

Currently our ADSL does not work for the estimated 5th time, our billing is a mess & I want to know if any emphasis is placed on resolving queries for the 1st time & maintaining a basic service.

There is absolutely no way how we can pay a single cent from 13 July up to today as the service was interrupted consistently & we wasted countless hours & expenses reporting all of this over & over & ove
