My contract is expiring on 17 September 2013. I phoned Vodacom to let them know that I want the contract to be cancelled when it expires. I discovered on the spot that someone has upgraded the contract without my knowledge now it is expiring in 2015 i am told. Vodocam refuses to co-operate even though its clear that i did not authorise the Upgrade. The manager refuses to speak to me about the issue. The only way this thing is possible is if its an inside job. All i want is to resolve this amicably but they refuse to engage with me even though i have been very forth coming with all the documentation they have requested from me, they have not bothered to do or help with anything other than telling me that their Tape recording system is down so they cannot get hold of the alleged conversation i had with them agreeing to the terms and conditions of the upgrade.
