VERY POOR AFTER SALES SERVICE!

It is now 14 days since I handed back a BB Q10 with an "out of box" fault. I still do not have a phone back from Cell C. This is the worst after sales service ever from a cell phone company. All people to take note of this (and all the other complaints about Cell C's service) before you sign up with them!
