Brand new phone damaged & BAD service!!

On 21 Dec i laid a complaint against Cell C regarding a phone that my mother bought cash. On my complaint i explained that the phone did not work properlly and she took it back (pls note this was all done within the 7 days of purchase). Since then, the phone has been sent in twice to be fixed, and frankly my mother has not bothered to fetch it second time round as this phone has given hassles since day 1. I went into Cell C today to explain the situation and see what the manageress could do, but of course, she was too busy. The frustration is that this phone is not working properlly and all that is being done is that it gets sent to be fixed..but comes back broken. My mother has been a loyal client of Cell C, and now she is so frustrated that she wants absoloutely nothing to do with Cell C.. We would like for Cell C to either pay my mother back or give a BRAND new phone-that works. We trust that Cell C does not like it when they recieve bad complaints/unhappy customers and will resolve this issue ASAP, as this has being going on for nearly 2 months now.
