Upgrade to IPhone 5 run around!

MTN Prestige boasts on their website about upgrading to the latest technology as part of the service! I contacted them when I wanted to confirm eligibility for an upgrade and was promised a call back which didn't materialize. I had to call again only to be told I would be put through to another department to confirm. Anyway after I established that I could upgrade, I was informed that I would need to check with any MTN store. I contacted the MTNsp centre in Rivonia, was told I could come in, only to be told there was no stock and I could leave my name and contact details. I heard nothing since December. Called a few times and each time provided my contact details. I popped in to the store at the Fourways Mall on Friday, thinking that stock was available considering that the in store promotion screen display advertised the iPhone The store consultant informed me that they had no stock but the Rivonia MTNsp had stock and they would be able to assist. I found this rather disappointing considering I was expecting a call from Rivonia Mt over a month! Anyway I went through on Saturday morning - no stock and the same promise to call me if I leave my details!
