No response as to status of fault

I have a contract with Vodacom however anybody calling from the MTN network is unable to call or message me. When they try my number comes up as "number does not exist" Any other network is able to call me and I can make calls to the Vodacom network so my number clearly does exist. I reported the fault to Vodacom last Staturday the 28 December 2013. To date the fault has not been fixed nor has anybody been able to advise me as to what the problem may be. When I call into the Vodacom "Help" line all anybody can tell me is that it has not been resolved and that somebody will be in contact with me. I am always told somebody will call me back but to date nobody has called me back. It seems to me that the helpline is unwilling to help and I would be forgiven for thinking that their main objective is to get you off the line as soon as possible. i was asked to rate the service but then promptly cut off.

Extremely frustrating as half my contacts are unable to get hold of me. I would appreciate at least some feedback from Vodacom as to what they are going to do to resolve. At this point my vodacom contract is of greatly diminished value.
