How on earth was it possible to obtain a Mobile Device on your recently launched deal for customers, IF YOUR SITE CANT HANDLE THE TRAFFIC? I have screenshots of me trying to access the site since 10h00s31 - to NO avail. I managed to get to the "Customer Details" screen TWICE, just for the freaking site to crash, and I have to start over, THEN, all of a sudden, the devices are sold out!? I have a 5Mbps (SYNCHRONOUS) FIBER connection, YES - 5Mbps UP and 5Mbps DOWN - and STILL that wasn't sufficient? And to top it off, I tried hundreds of times, from a MAC and a Windows Desktop! (Safarie, Chrome, Firefox AND IE10) I really do believe this is a hoax. Great work, you've outdone yourselves.
