I've been fighting with CellC now for months to cancel me (Gert) and my wife's (Johannie) contracts due to bad network coverage and bad service. All the correspondence I sent included both our details, but CellC only processed my details. My handset was aventual arranged for collection last week already, but still not collected. I phoned in this morning 5 times already and CellC staff keeps transferring me to the incorrect dept and I hold on for 30min every time they transfer me. I still don't have an answer.
My wife is still battling to arrange for collection of her handset. My wife spoke to Ruth in customer serv dept yesterday. Ruth told my wife that she will sort it out ASAP and arrange for collection. Still nothing was done about my wife's handset. I need CellC to sort above matters out ASAP.
I actualy feel like going to a CellC store and tell all customers that come in there, how bad CellC is over all.
All staff at CellC should be fired and new staff, who wants to work, should be employed.
I'm sick and tired of CellC. I wish our contracts could be cancelled now, so that we never have to deal with CellC ever again.
