Incompetence bad attitude and carelessnes

30 Jan 2013 went to open a top up 49 come the first invoice with amount of R1465.00 no one assist me I tried to cancel the contract within 14 days even went to the store but the guy refused as he said I wanted the contract, after many request and calls I maid they just decided to change my account to a top up 99. I maid the payment for R100 knowing that its for 2 months unfortunately did not know that my account has been changed I am having a new account and the account number, that was the loss on my side I tried to knock all their doors not a single one I get help from, the last try was the email that I sent to their customer care which came with a completely unexpected response am now listed to credit beurox by Vodacom for a funeral cover amount they have deleted the number after I have maid the payment this month. so as to reap me of with a reconnection fee. am still going further with exposing Vodacom up until I run out of option of which I doubt as long the newspapers are still available and the news are still playing everyday on radio and TV
