To add to Nayuri's mail, I have to say that the Centurion Rent a Maid's owners are also pathetic, I sent a mail to enquirer about a maid over the December holiday's, to which they replied that they can help me for the 4 days that I needed someone, so I filled out the forms and sent it back with a payment, the first date the maid arrived and all went well, but after that, no one pitch for the second date, I had to phone them to find out what was going on, the owner, Yolondi, said she will drop one off, needless to say nothing happened, I phoned the next day to enquire about the maid I still have not received, just to be told that if I want one I can go and pick one up at the office!!! I mean really!!! so needles to say I did not get a maid that day either, when eventually she dropped off a girl, the girl was so traumatized about not getting the money that they said they will pay her, that she couldn't wait to leave, needless to say that a ring I got for Christmas disappeared, when I phoned the agency Yolandi said she will ask the girl, and get back to me, needless to say that never happened. So my experience with Rent A Maid Centurion was just as bad, I will never recommend them
