Did not inform me with correct info as per NCA

Was in arrears with my credit card account, was in regular contact with the bank and paid my full arrears plus a additional payment for the end of August, amount paid was R6170 and now even after I paid the additional amount my card has been locked and now I have to pay 3 more installments before they unlock my card!
They did not inform me that this was the procedure that will follow, now I can't use this card to buy material to do my work resulting in a loss of income, the NCA stipulates that a creditor should inform all customers with the correct info and their procedures that was not done!!! maid the payment and it was explained to me that I can use the card if full payment was maid.
