Heart Attack account!!!

We applied in the beginning of July for the Telkom deal with Uncapped ADSL, line rental and a rooter for R514 p/m and top of that we received a FREE Hauwei usb modem. Well to my surprise this afternoon when I received my Telkom bill my account is R1482.65.!!! This is what my answer was. Ok so I do understand that I will pay for part of July, for August and then for September, but (and a VERY BIG FLIPPEN BUT) must I pay for the USB Modem as this was part of the deal and I was told that this is free, just as what the D-Link rooter is free. I WILL NOT PAY for this. Please rectify my account. O and if you wonder why I gave in a complaint on Hello Peter, it is so that everyone can see hoe Telkom is trying to rip off people. So I would really appreciate it if you can contact me very urgently.
