Pathetic.. 3months we have been complaining

Your service is absolute pathetic, for the last three months we have only been patient. But not I am fed up, we are paying for a service that is not working, and when we tell your staff that, they treat us like we are stupid and can't read. We have spoken to numerous people, and still waiting for something to happen. we are paying for a internet service that is not working. THAT YOUR PPL IN STORE RECOMMENDED... and we emphasised the importance of wanting a service that works..

I am tired of being patient.. i am taking legal action, I have ample proof that I have brought this issue to you guys attention, and three months later I still sit with the problem..
