We bought new couches only to learn that after about 3months we could feel the springs, the one headrest isnt working and you cant on them as they arent level. I logged a complaint on the 10th of July 2013. Since then I have spoken to them on numerous ocassions. IT IS NOW 3MONTHS LATER!!! Still NOTHING has been done! This is how pathetic their customer service is! They NEVER return your call, or ever get someone out to handle the situation! I am now going to take these couches back to the store, make them take it off our account and CHARGE them a delivery fee just as they had charge me one. I am after all protected by the NATIONAL CONSUMER ACT. I am not happy so im taking it back. The fact that they dont even respond is clear proof that they are GUILTY in selling terrible quality things to people.

If you spend R12 000 on couches you expect them to last a few years! NOT feel the springs after 3 months.
Enough is enough! It is time Furniture City gets exploited for what they really are. I will rather go somewhere else then EVER BUYING FROM THEM AGAIN!!!
