Pathetic Customer Service/Cant Resolve A Problem

Hi Telkom

Where do i start, other then to begin with you guys are PATHETIC! We now going on to our second month of a single issue that you guys cant resolve based on the fact that you cant pick up a fault on the line, and you so called technicians claim is to be alight! There is huge jitter on my line and you guys cant be bothered to sort the issue out! Rather you will send these technicians who no absolutely nothing about there industry to come argue with me about how i am wrong and they are rite and that this problem i am experiencing has nothing to do with them! I have been in the IT industry for 10 years and know far more then the guys you send out. Maybe if you plan on ever sorting my issue out send someone who is FREEGIN qualified and knows what they talking about! I am sick and tired of you guys and the way you treat your customers! Thumbs down to you guys as your absolutely PATHETIC!

No that i will be taking matters into my own hands and taking things alot further!
