One would think that by owning a BlackBerry Smartphone your life would be easier, but I have realized that it is actually quite the opposite as it nearly cost me my job. Recently I had to be at a very important sales meeting, but it left me stranded next to the freeway in an unfamiliar area as I were unable to contact someone for help. The reason was that the product kept on freezing for about an hour and 40 minutes even when the battery was taken out. Subsequently I could not get hold of anyone to tell them in what situation I was in and that made me extremely late for this meeting whereby my seniors gave me my first warning all because the product malfunctioned. This is not the first time that this has happened - I have had several BlackBerry Smartphones over the years but it seems that the problems from the earlier handsets have never really been attended to as all of the models I have had in the past seems to have the same problems. I would just like to know why the mother company, Research In Motion (RIM), are unable to fix the problems that have been brought to their attention by so many of their customers? I will never again recommend a BB product to anyone. What a pity.
