Terrible product and pathetic response

I recently got a new Blackberry Curve 9320 and I had it for a 3 weeks when it started giving me problems. The trackpad would sometimes just not respond, repeated freezing and pathetic battery life after I followed the charging instructions to the tee the entire time I had the phone. Its now been 4 months that I have had the phone and the problems have got worse. I contacted Blackberry to query this and attempt to get a replacement as the one I received was not up to standard, when speaking to the consultant they seemed very irritated that Vodacom gave me the number to contact them and i was told that the responsibility falls on Vodacom and not Blackberry. This makes no sense as Blackberry is the company manufacturing the phones of the terrible quality and Vodacom is just supplying them. I will never purchase a Blackberry phone again and I will recommend anyone I witness thinking of buying one to save themselves the trouble and go for another phone. I successfully did so with 4 people I met yesterday and saved them from the irritation of dealing with a phone that hardly works.
I am disgusted with the attitude I received from this company and I await your reply.
