Cell C
FAIR USAGE???

Hi

I had a blackberry 8520 and man did i struggle to get any signal with cell c couldnt send bbm couldtn go on the internet the only way i could do it was to position my phone in a certain way so i phoned cell c and they sent through a network sheet... but i thought that maybe just maybe it could be my phone so on a bright lovely saturday morning i bought myself a blackberry 9320... ( Nice Phone)... Guess what... nogsteeds dieselfde donderse probleem... so then i send the network sheat back to mandla Ncube (Filled in) and guess what cell c's excellent customer care never contacted me not even mandla just to say that he received the email NO ONE phones me. so its me and the call centre and they try to help but nothing works then i receive an sms saying for fair usage everbody will only get 2gb of bis each month and i dont know what all i dont even have fair usage of my phone so CELL C THanks For Nothing you have pathetic services it was offline on friday and again today YOU ARE PATHETIC i never should have left vodacom
