Vodacom
Airtime Advance

Telecommunications

Vodacom has given a service to prepaid users called the airtime advance - when you try and use this facility and don't qualify i.e. you receive a message saying in order to qualify you have to recharge with R29 or more for more than 3 months and be an active Vodacom user for 6 months or more - which I have been using this number now for (this month will be a year). I contacted the Vodacom customer service where they NOW explained to me - but no you have to be active for one year or more. Therefore the message displayed when trying to using the service is INCORRECT and also false advertising.
If this is a message displayed when trying to make use of the service then this is what they should apply to - not right?
