My5 promotion was introduced by Vodacom, and I have two Vodacom phones which are very active in terms of buying Vodacom airtime, so I was using one of my phones for My5 promotion, and today, I tried to use my other phone and did everything as normal, like I always do for the other phone, and there was no error message to say My5 did not go through, so I thought it went through as usual as per the other phone, and when I checked, my whole airtime was gone before an hour, and My5 promo suppose to last for 60 minutes, I was surprised to hear that even airtime was gone. I phone customer care and the lady I thought could help me was so unhelpful, she told me that its because of my phone bill setting that did not allow My5 to work, and I told her that I did not receive any error message about it and I did not know about that as Vocadom was suppose to convey a clear message to customers about everything, in the Vodacom My5 promotion pamphlet I have, nothing says that, and the lady said, there nothing she can do, its my loss, and she asked if there is any other thing she can help me with except my loss, and I said no. I demand feedback from Vodacom about that, as Ive 9years with Vodacom
