AFTER COMPLAINT AND REPLY STILL NOTHING???

Good day!

I received a reply from you guys how long does it take to look if you have stock and sort this query out???
I seems to me you're replys is just a quick reply to satisfy the customer but actually nothing gets done really about the query. Why do I have to struggle I want to give you guys business and be a customer but you don't want it.
Why does the customer have to struggle like that?
