Good day

About 2 months ago I contacted Telkom to have my land line relocated to a new suburb in Cape Town. WHAT A MISSION working with this pathetic service. Firstly I had to visit the Telkom branch too many times to have this arranged, speak to a machine over the phone, wait forever to get a relocation date. FINALLY Telkom did arrive on time and date to my new location. Only to find out it cannot be relocated due to cable and connection point reasons. So they had to refund my R318, which is where the problem is... I had to visit the store once again 2 times to arrange this. So I was told I was going to receive an sms telling me I can come and collect the money (very much 1980's outdated system of refunding), so I received the sms saying it is ready for collection. ONCE AGAIN I had to visit the store, where the people working there cannot even understand Afrikaans, I showed her my sms and now she is pulling ip her shoulders and saying there is nothing on their system, I have to wait for ANOTHER sms... how many times do I have to go there again, and BEG for my refund???
