Hi there

I am a customer of Cell C and have had problems financially and its all falling into place now. I havent paid my Cell C account for 3 months. I called customer services to make payment arrangements for an outstanding amount of R1392.00 and was told that my account has been deactivated permantely. I think that is wrong of Cell C to cutt me off permantely without any notifications. I was then told that I cannot recover my number and I am responsible for paying the entire amount of like R5000.00 or more which i cannot pay off now. Please can you help me sort out this matter as I think this is bad service from Cell C to cutt me off without notification. PLEASE HELP!!!
