Poor response

It is no use complaining about a service and the number is forward to the supplier (VODACOM) which call you in a few days and promise to resolve the issues you have with the company. Fact is the problem is still as worse as it was which make me believe this is the same as working in a company and evreybody is fighting via e mail, this can continue for ages but unless somebody puts in the effort to see what the real problem is, this site is actually a feke. i mean get off your and come see what the problem is.
A lot of response which mean most probably income versus traffic on hellopeter site but there everything stop.
Still we battle with the same problem about poor service and no cell phone reception although we kept on trying and only vodacom score money on the per second billing
