Again you dissapoint me with your "promises"

On the 25th of July I sent a complaint via Hello Peter about the bad Service from Autopage. I received a response stating that they will be contacting me shortly to sort out the problem. Today is the 5th of August and I have not received a single call from Autopage. YOU HAVE NOT sorted out my account, YOU HAVE NOT contacted me.
As I stated in my first complaint I WILL NOT be paying this account until you have sorted it out. I AM NOW TIRED OF YOUR EXCUSES and SO CALLED PROMISES. Sort it out.
If I actually receive a call this time I will be quiet surprised as all Autopage seems to do is make promises they can not keep.
