Autopage
The arrogance!

I logged a complaint with Hellopeter.com about my billing from Autopage.. yesterday Sifiso the bright spark phoned me and tried explaining my bill to me as if I didn;t do this alreasdy with Autpopage... Is there maybe another intlelligent being in Autopage who can talk to me and not try and tell me things I already know from phoning the call centre? My so called charges that accumulated on this account without warning from Autopage. Sifiso does not understand my problem or query and his arrogance to then tell me that the matter according to him is resolved... It is not! He definitely didn't help anything or even address the query I had with Autpage. You can not just close my query and complaint Sifiso!!!
