Illegal billing on cellphone account

The past 3 months random charges were being deducted from my cellphone account. When I received my bill and took it to Cell C, I got informed that it was this mobile cherry (integrat) company charging me daily for a subscription with them. I never subscribed to any service or replied to any sms or call. When I phoned them, they informed me that they had phoned me on 30 August and that I had activated this subscription. I do not recall any such call. They said they would mail the recording of the call, I still have not received such a mail and it does not suprise me at all. This company billed me illegally and I demand an answer and refund from them!
