Poor customer services/is it really time to switch

This is a on going query since Jan this year Ref no:1667498/LSP/1. I have been given the run around from Cell-C. The phone was handed in early this year for not picking up signal, my contract is not even two years old and the phone started giving problems before a year was up. It came back 6weeks later saying the gaurantee expired while in the care of Cell-C. I complained on Hello-Peter and was promised by Sandros one of Cell-C agents that Vivian Marimuthu (the team leader of the technical department) investigated the matter and advised i should send the hand set in for a replacement. I handed the phone in at the Eastgate branch on the 16th of April 2013. Few weeks later they send the phone back. All of this after been given the run around by the Westgate branch as well. I called the technical department to speak to Vivian Marimuthu and spoke with Denver and one of the agent to get him to call me back as unfortunately he is never available. Some then calls from Cell C on my daughters phone and leaves a message to say the phone is water damaged. Come on Cell C you only pick this up now (what a excuse) the phone has never been in water. What is this now a way out?? Service appauling
